1. Overview & Commitment
Loopstates Labs is committed to data minimization and client security. SwiftSearch Cloud Sync acts as an intermediary, secure conduit between your WordPress/WooCommerce site and your Typesense server. We build our products on the baseline principle of complete data privacy.
It is designed to index high-volume product catalogs using a dedicated serverless architecture, and is recommended for sites with 10,000+ items to completely prevent WP Engine WAF rate-limiting and browser execution timeouts, and for bulk data migration to Typesense.
2. Absolute Zero Catalog Storage
Our serverless indexing queue operates strictly in-memory. Product catalogs, descriptions, SKU records, custom taxonomy details, and pricing structures are processed dynamically in temporary memory allocations on our edge node and streamed immediately to your Typesense database.
Nothing is written to disk. We maintain no persistent databases or storage files on our backend servers containing your catalog assets.
3. Data We Collect
To operate and secure the licensing framework, we collect only minimal administrative data:
- License Validation Details: Verification status of your license key and store domain.
- Job Execution Metadata: Job timestamp, execution status, total items synced (count only), and processing speed.
- Security Audits: IP address of requests hitting our serverless queue to prevent Denial-of-Service and unauthorized HMAC requests.
4. Payment Processing
All subscription payments, licensing registrations, and checkouts are managed by Freemius. We do not store, view, or process credit card numbers or billing credentials on our servers. Please refer to the Freemius Privacy Policy for payment processing compliance.
5. Data Deletion
Since we do not store your store catalog, customer files, or transactional database records, there is no catalog data to delete. To request deletion of license logs associated with your license key, contact our Support Desk.
