1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or executing the SwiftSearch Cloud Sync plugin/addon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not purchase or use the software.

2. Single-Use Licensing & Activation

SwiftSearch Cloud Sync is structured as a premium migration utility. Each license key purchased grants the right to perform one (1) successful catalog index synchronization session for one WooCommerce store. Once a migration job completes and all products are fully processed and synced to your Typesense node, the license key is marked as used and deactivated.

It is designed to index high-volume product catalogs using a dedicated serverless architecture, and is recommended for sites with 10,000+ items to completely prevent WP Engine WAF rate-limiting and browser execution timeouts, and for bulk data migration to Typesense.

* License Expiration Notice: This license key is valid for exactly one successful catalog migration. Any future syncs, re-indexing, or catalog updates will require the purchase of a new migration license.

3. Strictly No-Refund Policy After Sync Completion

Due to the transactional nature of serverless compute resource provisioning and the immediate delivery of migrated search catalogs, all sales are final upon completion of the indexing sync.

Completed Migrations: Once the sync migration completes successfully and imports your catalog into Typesense, you are strictly not eligible for a refund.
7-Day Guarantee Scope: The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only if the plugin encounters a critical technical blocker preventing the sync from initiating or running, and our engineering support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
No Backdoors: Submitting a chargeback, refund request, or cancellation query after obtaining a fully migrated search index is a direct violation of these Terms, and will result in the immediate revocation of access to all current and future Loopstates Labs tools.

4. Support & Service Boundaries

Loopstates provides technical support exclusively via the Loopstates Support Desk. We are responsible for the code operations of the plugin and serverless queue worker. We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, pricing, or server configuration of your self-hosted Typesense instance.

5. Queue Limits & Fair Usage

To maintain infrastructure health, each sync migration must adhere to acceptable use limits. Any attempt to bypass the HMAC communication signatures, flood the queue endpoints, or perform unauthorized reverse engineering of the queue payloads will result in immediate IP blacklisting and license termination without a refund.

6. Technical Prerequisites & Connection Whitelists

While our dedicated serverless architecture is specifically engineered to bypass standard web-request rate limits (such as WP Engine WAF rate-limiting) and browser timeouts by handling indexing in structured backend queues, the following connectivity requirements must be met:

Absolute Access Control: The client server must not completely block incoming HTTP POST requests from our workers. Strict bot-verification walls (e.g. Cloudflare "Under Attack" challenge pages) or manual IP address blocks that prevent all external server-to-server connections will block the sync queue. Whitelisting our worker endpoints is the customer's responsibility.
No Refund for Connectivity Blocks: Inability to initiate synchronization due to hosting-level network blocks or missing API keys does not qualify for a refund.
